On October 16, 2014, Titan International, Inc. issued a press release announcing the CEO’s outlook on business going forward. Included in this press release was the announcement of the retirement of several employees effective December 31, 2014, including William Campbell, Executive Vice President, a named executive officer of Titan International, Inc.
