Following
the previously announced sale transaction involving Commonwealth Land Title
Insurance Company, Lawyers Title Insurance Corporation and United Capital Title
Insurance Company, Kenneth Astheimer, President of Agency Services, and Pamela
K. Saylors, President of Commercial Services terminated as officers of
LandAmerica Financial Group, Inc. effective December 31,
2008.
