ClearOne Communications, Inc. (the Company) was unable to file its Form 10-K for the period ended December 31, 2011 by the cutoff time necessary to receive a March 30, 2011 filing date, the prescribed due date.  The reason for the filing delay was due to technical problems with the filing software.  The Company filed its Form 10-K for the period ended December 31, 2011 on April 2, 2012.

The Company filed its Form 10-K for the period ended December 31, 2011 on April 2, 2012.  The Company reported revenues of $46.1 million for the year ended December 31, 2011, compared to $41.3 million for year ended December 31, 2010, an increase of approximately 12%.  The Companys gross profit increased by $2.9 million to $27.5 million for the year ended December 31, 2011 compared to the year ended December 31, 2010.  Net income increased to $6.9 million for the year ended December 31, 2011 compared to net income of $2.4 million for the year ended December 31, 2010.  The increase in revenues and profits were the result of increases in sales volume in our professional, personal and premium product categories.  A detailed discussion of the Companys results of operations in included under Part I, Item 2.
