Item 5.02.
Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
Orrstown Financial Services, Inc. (the “Registrant”) announced that, effective August 6, 2018, the employment of Benjamin W. Wallace has terminated. Mr. Wallace was the Executive Vice President/Operations and Technology of the Registrant and its wholly-owned subsidiary, Orrstown Bank. His anticipated resignation was previously disclosed on Registrant’s Current Report on Form 8-K filed on March 15, 2018.
