Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On May 19, 2016, Steven G. Rado resigned as Senior Vice President, Chief Marketing Officer of Lands’ End, Inc. (the “Company”) and as an employee of the Company, effective May 21, 2016. The Company intends to conduct an external search for Mr. Rado’s replacement.
