Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On August 13, 2018, Pennsylvania Real Estate Investment Trust (the “Company”) announced that Jonathen Bell, Senior Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer, will be leaving the Company on September 4, 2018. In addition to his continuing role as the Company’s Chief Financial Officer, Robert F. McCadden will assume Mr. Bell’s responsibilities as the Company’s principal accounting officer. Mr. McCadden, age 60, has served as an Executive Vice President and the Chief Financial Officer of PREIT since 2004.
