Item 8.01. Other Events
On December 20, 2018, CoreLogic, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing a strategic plan related to its appraisal management services operation and intended exit from certain non-core software units. The Company has not yet reviewed whether the actions proposed will require an impairment of one or more of its assets. The press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
