DEPARTURE OF DIRECTORS OR CERTAIN OFFICERS; ELECTION OF DIRECTORS; APPOINTMENT OF CERTAIN OFFICERS; COMPENSATORY ARRANGEMENTS OF CERTAIN OFFICERS
On February 13, 2018, Robert J. Hugin notified Danaher Corporation (the “Company”) of his decision to resign as a director, effective as of February 19, 2018, as a result of his candidacy for the United States Senate. Mr. Hugin’s decision to resign was not the result of any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
