On April 10, 2014, the Company issued a press release (the “Press Release”) providing business development updates to its solar power PV project sales, design, and installation services. The Press Release outlined that the Company had qualified to offer, and had begun to offer, a lease financing option to potential commercial project clients for the solar PV systems that it is marketing. The Press Release outlined the advantages the Company believes the new leasing option provides to the Company in its marketing efforts, and further stated that the Company’s goal in 2014 is to grow its commercial and industrial PV systems design and installation business to 1 MW of new system sales per month.
