At the Annual Meeting of Stockholders of the Company held on May 14, 2014, the proposals listed below were submitted to a vote of the stockholders through the solicitation of proxies. The proposals are described in the Company’s Proxy Statement for the 2014 Annual Meeting of Stockholders. Each of the proposals was approved by the stockholders.
