Item 5.02. Departure of Certain Officers
On September 4, 2012, Douglas D. Hommert resigned his positions as Executive Vice President, Secretary and Treasurer (Principal Financial Officer) of FutureFuel Corp. in order to pursue other endeavors. The Company is grateful for Mr. Hommert’s past services and wishes Mr. Hommert success in his future endeavors.
