On June 16, 2016, Finjan Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that, according to a preliminary list of additions posted on June 10, 2016, the Company is set to join the Russell Microcap® Index at the conclusion of the Russell U.S. Indexes annual reconstitution on June 24, 2016 and effective after the U.S. market opens on June 27, 2016.

A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
