Item 8.01 Other Events.
On July 29, 2008, Metalline Mining Company (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that a new resource model has been completed on the Sierra Mojada project, and the Company is suspending its underground mine plan and the concentrator portions of its feasibility study and will evaluate a larger scale operation. A copy of the July 29, 2008 press releases is attached to this report and incorporated herein.
