On July 5, 2006, ADC Telecommunications, Inc. and Andrew Corporation jointly issued a press release announcing the early termination of their Hart-Scott-Rodino Antitrust Improvements Act of 1976 waiting period. A copy of the joint press release is attached as exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
