On June 19, 2018, R. Perley McBride notified Frontier Communications Corporation (Frontier) that he will be resigning from his position as Frontiers Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, effective August 31, 2018. Mr. McBride is resigning for personal reasons, and to return to Atlanta where his family resides. Frontier has initiated a search for Mr. McBrides successor.
