Other Events.

On September 28, 2017, Autoliv, Inc. (the “Company”) announced the acquisition of certain intellectual property rights, development and prototyping assets and development resources from Fotonic i Norden AB, a LiDAR and time-of-flight camera specialist. A copy of the Company’s press release announcing the above acquisition is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
