On January 26, 2017, SunCoke Energy, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the fourth quarter of 2016. A copy of this press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.

As noted above, on January 26, 2017, the Company issued a press release announcing its financial results for the fourth quarter of 2016. Additional information concerning the Company’s financial results for the fourth quarter of 2016 will be presented in a slide presentation to investors during a previously announced teleconference on January 26, 2017. A copy of the slide presentation is attached as Exhibit 99.2 and is incorporated herein by reference.
