On December 4, 2015, George Chang, the President of Autoliv, Inc.’s (the “Company”) Passive Safety segment, resigned from his position, effective as of a date no later than June 4, 2016. Mr. Chang will receive benefits and payments under his employment agreement for a resignation without good reason, which is described in the Company’s definitive proxy statement filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on March 23, 2015 and which description is incorporated herein by reference.
A copy of the press release announcing Mr. Chang’s separation from the Company is filed as Exhibit 99.1 to this report and is incorporated herein by reference.
