   Ownership.      
   Shares reported as beneficially owned by the reporting person include (i) 13,221,760 shares of Class B Common Stock held directly by the reporting person; (ii) 52,417 shares of Class B Common Stock held by the ManTech Special Assistance Fund, Inc., a fund over which the reporting person has voting and investment control and as to which the reporting person disclaims beneficial ownership, and (iii) 1,168 shares of Class B Common Stock held by the reporting person’s wife, Marilyn A. Pedersen, and as to which the reporting person disclaims beneficial ownership. The Class B Common Stock reported on this form by the reporting person constitutes 100% of the outstanding Class B Common Stock.      
   During the year ended December 31, 2010, the reporting person engaged in the following transactions related to the Class A Common Stock:      
   On April 12, 2010, the reporting person converted 328,000 shares of Class B Common Stock into an equal number of shares of Class A Common Stock and gifted those shares to charity.      
   On August 3, 2010, the ManTech Special Assistance Fund, Inc. converted 2,000 shares of Class B Common Stock into an equal number of shares of Class A Common Stock and gifted those shares to charity.
