Trina Solar Holds Annual General Meeting of Shareholders
CHANGZHOU, China, August 29, 2008 /Xinhua-PRNewswire-FirstCall/ — Trina Solar Limited (NYSE: TSL; “Trina Solar” or the “Company”), a leading integrated manufacturer of solar photovoltaic products from the production of ingots, wafers and cells to the assembly of PV modules, founded in 1997, today announced that it held its 2008 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders on August 29, 2008. Each of the proposals submitted for shareholder approval was approved.
Specifically, the shareholders approved:
