Praxair, Inc (the “Company”) filed its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the six months ended June 30, 2008 (“Q2 2008 10-Q”) on July 23, 2008. As a participant in the Securities and Exchange Commission’s XBRL (Extensible Business Reporting Language) voluntary filing program, attached as Exhibit 100 to this Current Report on Form 8-K are the following financial statements from the Company’s Q2 2008 10-Q, formatted in XBRL, excluding the notes to the financial statements: (i) Consolidated Statements of Income, (ii) Condensed Consolidated Balance Sheets, (iii) Condensed Consolidated Statements of Cash Flow, and (iv) Consolidated Statement of Shareholders’ Equity.
