As previously announced, on June 5, 2008, QuadraMed Corporation (“the Company”) will conduct its 2008 Annual Meeting of Stockholders. At this meeting, Keith Hagen, the Company’s Chief Executive Officer, plans to deliver to the Company’s stockholders in attendance the speech which is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and incorporated herein by reference in response to this Item 7.01.
