Item 8.01. Other Events.

H.B. Fuller Company (the “Company”) previously announced that it had entered into an asset purchase agreement with Henkel KGaA (“Henkel”) under which the Company agreed to acquire Henkel’s insulating glass sealant (“IGS”) business. On June 9, 2006, the Company announced that it had completed the acquisition of Henkel’s IGS business. A copy of the press release that discusses this matter is filed as Exhibit 99.1 to, and incorporated by reference in, this report.
