Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On June 5, 2006, H. B. Fuller Company (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that the Company had entered into agreements to settle numerous construction product related liability claims thereby significantly reducing the number of such cases pending against the Company. Including the impact of these settlements, which will reduce diluted earnings per share by approximately $0.06, the Company expects full-year diluted earnings per share to be between $2.49 and $2.59.
