Completion of Strategic Investment in
Bank Internasional Indonesia
Kookmin Bank announced that Sorak Financial Holdings Consortium which the Bank
jointly constituted with leading investment firms and holds 25% stake has
completed to acquire 51% strategic stake in Bank Internasional Indonesia ("BII")
on December 16, 2003.
