On November 24, 2010, Miller Industries, Inc. issued a press release (the “Release”) announcing that its subsidiary, Miller Industries Towing Equipment Inc., has been awarded orders to manufacture recovery units for a prime contractor under a government-related order.  A copy of the Release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K.
