(1) | Due to a clerical error, the number of restricted stock units granted to the reporting person on February 19, 2008 was incorrectly reported on the reporting person's original Form 4 filed on February 21, 2008 (the "Original Form 4"). As a result of this error, the amount of securities beneficially owned by the reporting person was also incorrectly reported on the Original Form 4 and was not accounted for on the three Form 4s filed by the reporting person after the Original Form 4 was filed. |
(2) | Due to a clerical error, the number of shares subject to the options granted to the reporting person on February 19, 2008 was incorrectly reported on the Original Form 4.
