(1) | On March 24, 2006, the reporting person was granted a stock option to purchase 187,500 shares of common stock. The option vests 30% (or 56,250 shares) upon the receipt of premarket approval from the United States Food and Drug Administration, or FDA, for the treatment right atrial flutter and the remaining 70% (or 131,250 shares) will vest upon the receipt of premarket approval from the FDA for the treatment of atrial fibrillation. Premarket approval for the treatment of right atrial flutter was received from the FDA on August 1, 2007. |
