 DIRECTORS' APPROVAL OF THE APPOINTMENT OF
 MR. ELI GLICKMAN AS DEPUTY CEO

ROSH HA'AYIN, Israel, January 4, 2010 - Partner Communications Company Ltd. ("Partner" or "the Company") (NASDAQ and TASE: PTNR), a leading Israeli mobile communications operator, announces that the Board of Directors of the Company approved the appointment of Mr. Eli Glickman as Deputy CEO.

During the past two and a half years Mr. Glickman served as Vice President of the Customer Division. He previously served for two years as Deputy Vice President of Customer Division. Prior to that, Mr. Glickman served for two years as CEO of Exel Multi Purpose Logistics as well as serving for two years as a Director of the Ha'atzmaout Bank. Mr. Glickman also served in the Israeli Navy for 22 years, where he reached the rank of Colonel. During his military service Mr. Glickman held a wide variety of commanding posts including Naval Attaché in Washington D.C and Flotilla Commander ("Shayetet 13" - Navy Seals).
 
Mr. Glickman holds a Master of Science in Financial Management from the US Naval Postgraduate School and also studied International Executive Business Administration at Georgetown University in Washington, D.C.
