Item 8.01 Other Events
On July 5, 2007, LHC Group, Inc. (the "Company") issued a press release
announcing that it has entered into a partnership agreement, effective July 1,
2007, with The University of Tennessee Medical Center, located in Knoxville,
Tennessee, to provide home health and hospice services. The Company also
announced a separate transaction, the acquisition of 100% interest in the assets
of Wetzel County Home Care in New Martinsville, West Virginia.
