Events.
On
September 29, 2009 RBC Bearings Incorporated (the “Company”) announced that it
has acquired certain assets of Lubron Bearing Systems for approximately $2.9
million in cash and the assumption of certain liabilities. A copy of
the press release announcing the acquisition is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1
and is incorporated by reference herein.
