Officers of Medasorb Technologies Corporation (the “Company”) expect to participate in information sessions with analysts and investors during Rodman & Renshaw Investor Conference (the “Rodman Conference”), being held during the second week of September 2009. A copy of the presentation materials to be made available at the Rodman Conference and at any one-on-one investor meetings is being furnished as Exhibit 99.1 hereto.
