XTL Biopharmaceuticals to Present at the
Rodman & Renshaw 9th Annual Health Care Conference


VALLEY COTTAGE, NEW YORK, October 29, 2007 - XTL Biopharmaceuticals Ltd. (NASDAQ: XTLB; LSE: XTL; TASE: XTL) announced today that Ron Bentsur, the Company’s Chief Executive Officer, is scheduled to present at the Acumen BioFin Rodman & Renshaw 9th Annual Health Care Conference. Mr. Bentsur will present an overview of the Company including a discussion of Bicifadine, the Company’s late-stage clinical compound for the treatment of neuropathic pain. Mr. Bentsur’s presentation will take place on Monday, November 5, 2007 at 8:50 am EST at the New York Palace Hotel in New York City.
