On
December 2, 2005, Patient Safety Technologies, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a
press release announcing that its wholly owned subsidiary SurgiCount Medical,
Inc. has made a second shipment of its Safety-Sponge™ System. The second
shipment was to INTEGRIS Health, where the product will be used live this
month.
