Departure of Directors or Principal Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Principal Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On September 19, 2016, Balchem Corporation announced that Dino A. Rossi will retire from the Board of Directors, and Theodore L. Harris will be appointed Chairman of the Board of Directors, both effective January 1, 2017.
