Item 8.01.                Other Events.
 
On April 28, 2008, the Trust issued a press release announcing the termination of the lease for approximately 530,000 square feet of space at 100 Light Street, Baltimore, Maryland, which was due to expire on September 30, 2009.  A copy of the press release is furnished herewith.
