Mary Constance Beck, Executive Vice President, Retail Bank, has announced she plans to retire in the first quarter of 2011 in accordance with the registrant’s Corporate Governance Guidelines.

 

ITEM 7.01             REGULATION FD DISCLOSURE.

 

As Ms. Beck transitions toward her regular retirement in the first quarter of 2011, the Retail Bank and Wealth & Institutional Management leadership structure is being combined and will be headed by Curtis C. Farmer, Executive Vice President, Wealth & Institutional Management.
