Item 8.01 — Other Events

 

As a result of the company’s ongoing loss position due to reduced sales, and to balance costs with sales, the decision was made by the company to lay off 13 staff, approximately 20 percent of the Company’s workforce, with reductions made throughout production and administration personnel.  This workforce reduction was effected December 7, 2007 and will better balance costs with sales in the current sales and production environment.
