On or about August 10, 2007, Euro Tech Holdings Company Limited (the “Registrant”) caused to be sent to its shareholders of record copies of its Annual Report on Form 20-F for its fiscal year ended December 31, 2006, together with any amendments thereto, and a Notice of its Annual Meeting of Shareholders to be held on August 31, 2007 in Hong Kong and a Proxy Statement with regard to that meeting.
