Item 8.01     Other Events.

On Thursday, September 17, 2009, Dynatronics Corporation sent to its shareholders a letter from its Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Kelvyn H. Cullimore, summarizing the company’s business development for the fiscal year ended June 30, 2009 and the outlook and industry trends identified by management for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2010.  The letter will also be posted on the corporate website of the company at www.dynatronics.com under “Company Information”.  A copy of the letter is furnished as an exhibit to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
