On November 6, 2003, Cleco Corporation (the "Company") reported earnings for the quarter and nine month periods ended September 30, 2003. For additional information regarding the Company's earnings for such periods, please refer to the press release attached to this report as Exhibit 99.1 (the "Press Release"), which is incorporated by reference herein.
