On March 7, 2005 the Registrant issued a news release announcing that Induced Polarization, gravity and magnetometer surveys over the Bayan Ovoo prospect have outlined geophysical anomalies.
On March 8, 2005 the Registrant issued a news release announcing that it has commenced exploration programs in Mongolia totalling $3.9 million.
