On December 5, 2002, AmerisourceBergen Corporation (the "Company")
issued a press release providing information about an investor meeting held that
day by the Company in New York City, providing disclosure of the Company's
financial expectations for the fiscal quarter ending December 31, 2002 and
affirming the Company's financial expectations for the fiscal year ending
September 30, 2003. A copy of the press release is filed as Exhibit 99.1 to this
report and incorporated herein by reference.
