Nine legal professionals join Vialto Law (US) LLP from Higgs Fletcher & Mack LLP, enhancing Vialto Law’s immigration team and expanding the firm’s West Coast presence

Vialto Partners, a leader in integrated solutions for global work, including immigration and tax solutions, announced today that a team of nine immigration legal professionals has joined its affiliate, Vialto Law (US) LLP (“Vialto Law”).

Vialto Law is an independent US immigration law firm affiliated with Vialto Partners, complementing the firm’s broader global mobility and advisory services.

The new team brings decades of combined experience in US immigration services and is led by two new Vialto Law partners, Donald Sheppard and Regina Knoll, both formerly partners at Higgs Fletcher & Mack LLP. Their addition reflects Vialto Law’s commitment to meeting rising demand for immigration counsel as clients face increasingly complex requirements amid evolving US and global immigration regulations.

Sheppard, who is certified as a legal specialist in immigration and nationality law by the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization, advises corporate clients on a full range of employment-based immigration matters. Knoll brings extensive experience supporting companies, founders, and individuals across complex employment-based and extraordinary ability immigration cases.

This expansion represents another milestone for Vialto Law’s growth, following the addition of approximately 30 immigration legal professionals from Seyfarth Shaw LLP in October 2025. Together, these investments strengthen Vialto’s broader immigration practice, recognized for three consecutive years as Immigration Provider of the Year in the Americas by the Forum for Expatriate Management.
