Investment supports growth of a leading tech-enabled managed transportation and logistics platform
Greenbriar Equity Group, L.P. (“Greenbriar”) announced that funds managed by Greenbriar completed the acquisition of eShipping (the “Company”), a provider of managed transportation, logistics, and supply chain technology solutions. Financial terms of the private transaction were not disclosed.
Founded in 2004, eShipping is a premier provider of managed transportation services that help customers plan, optimize, and execute complex, multi-modal logistics programs. The Company’s solutions span less-than-truckload, full truckload, fulfillment, international freight forwarding, customs brokerage, and small parcel. eShipping combines deep logistics expertise with a proprietary, cloud-based software platform that delivers real-time analytics, end-to-end visibility, and workflow automation, enabling customers to improve efficiency, service levels, and reduce costs across their logistics networks.
