KLAS Research Spotlight Report: Heidi Health Earns High Scores for Reducing Clinician Documentation Burden

Leading healthcare technology analyst says 100% of Heidi’s surveyed customers say they would buy the AI-powered scribing and workflow tools again

The research, published today, showed that Heidi Health received A+ ratings for “likely to recommend” and “executive involvement,” and 100% of customers surveyed reported that Heidi Health keeps all promises and they would buy the product again.

KLAS Research conducted in-depth interviews with a sampling of Heidi Health’s US-based customers to evaluate their experiences using the solution. According to the report, Heidi Health “is generally seen as user friendly and cost effective, and most interviewed customers say the features are highly effective. Customers were immediately able to achieve outcomes like reduced documentation time and clinician burnout, increased note accuracy, and a stronger focus on patient care.”

Heidi Health’s ambient AI medical scribe automates clinical documentation which enables healthcare providers to focus more on their patients and decreases burnout. The solution gives clinicians the ability to see more patients, improves note accuracy and detail, increases clinician satisfaction and well-being, and reduces documentation time and after-hours work. According to KLAS Research’s report, 85% of customers reported that they “immediately” saw some of these outcomes when using Heidi.
