Cambium Learning Group Launches 2024 Impact Report, “Turning Moments into Momentum,” Spotlighting Its Dedication to Supporting K-12 Students and Educators Worldwide

The annual report and companion “This Is Cambium” brand anthem video celebrate momentum generated by the Cambium Family of brands and its real-world impact on the students, teachers, and communities it serves

Today, Cambium Learning Group, the education essentials company, released its third annual Impact Report. In 2024, Cambium demonstrated its enduring commitment to human-centered innovation, and this year's report builds upon the company’s rich history of providing students, teachers, and administrators with the high-efficacy solutions they need right now to unlock opportunity for all.

Taking a Look Back at Cambium's Impact

The report highlights metrics and stories that speak to Cambium's continued commitment to the K-12 education community. Examples include:

  • Cambium now serves 96% of U.S. school districts and more than 170 countries, totaling nearly 29M students, 14.3M of whom identify as Black, Indigenous, and/or people of color (BIPOC).
  • Cambium provides educational resources to 3M teachers, accounting for 65% of all K-12 teachers in the U.S.
  • In 2024, Cambium employees logged more than 7,200 volunteer hours, an increase of 14% from the prior year, to help support local communities.

Cambium brands also made significant contributions to education this year through innovative solutions that meet the current needs of the students, families and educators:

  • ExploreLearning Frax® was found to be 3x more effective than the average educational intervention for 3rd graders and 5x more effective than the average educational intervention for 4th graders.
  • Lexia® Core5® Reading saves educators up to a month of instructional time through easy-to-use resources that enable data-driven instruction.
  • Family engagement with Cambium Assessment's Family Portal increased by 74%, totaling 24M+ visits, providing educators with stronger home-school connections to support learning outcomes.

Beyond the education community, Cambium continues to create a culture that ensures employees feel seen, valued and supported:

  • The percentage of total female Cambium employees is more than double the national tech industry average, and Cambium's Executive Team is 50% women, outpacing the global average of senior management positions in other major industries.
  • 22% of employees in leadership positions identify as BIPOC.
  • In 2024, Cambium had 10 Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) which comprised more than 1,000 members. This resulted in nearly 100 ERG programs/events with more than 2,600 total attendees.
