Rosedale Center may get Shake Shack, 'next-gen' Panera Bread with drive-thrus

Site plans submitted to Roseville's Planning Commission show the standalone restaurants would share a parking lot. Each restaurant would have two drive-thru lanes and outdoor patio seating.
