Phase Two 630X Growth Announcement?

The Motley Fool teaser hyped an announcement, most likely by Elon Musk, that was part of this new inflection point of growth. Was there any kind of public announcement by anyone yet that validates their thesis? I have no idea what to make of it all. Thank you.
