City would create new park at Freedom Center, boost King Records with stimulus money

The city of Cincinnati would use some of its share of the American Rescue Plan Act money to create a new downtown park at the National Underground Railroad Freedom Center honoring Black leaders and inject $2 million into the King Records preservation project in Evanston.
